Click & Collect
You can collect your order at any of our stores for free. Please complete the checkout as normal and select the store where you would like to collect your order from (please note that bikes are only available to collect from the Hospital Fields road store). You will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email or text.

Door To Door – Home Delivery
We are proud to offer a premium home delivery service, ensuring a seamless experience to you - our valued customer. Once you place an order for a bike, our team will contact you to check the details and arrange delivery. We don't ship our bikes in a box using a third party, but hand-deliver to your doorstep in our own vehicle, built and ready to ride, saving you the hassle of transportation and allowing you to start enjoying your new ride right away. The delivery cost is calculated after checkout is completed, with prices ranging from £15 to £75 depending on the distance (restrictions apply). Rest assured, our delivery service is timely and efficient, providing you with the peace of mind that your purchase will arrive in perfect condition.

Royal Mail Tracked
Used for smaller packages that can usually fit through your letterbox. Orders usually arrive within two working days, although occasionally delays can occur.

Courier Service
Used for large, high-value and bulky packages ordered. Signature required on delivery. Detailed online tracking information is available.

How Do I Track My Shipment?
For all items sent via a Signed For or courier service, we will provide you with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via email once your item has been shipped.

Non-Arrival
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail Signed For.
