We offer two modes of delivery for bikes: Click and Collect or Premium Home Delivery.
For accessories and clothing there are the additional options of delivery via post or courier service.
Collection Via Click & Collect
You can collect your order at any of our stores for free. Please complete the checkout as normal and select the store where you'd like to collect your order from. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email or text. Please note that for bikes Click and Collect is only available from our Hospital Fields Road store.
Premium Home Bike Delivery
We are proud to offer a premium home bike delivery service. We don't ship our bikes in a box, but hand-deliver to your doorstep, built and ready to ride - either using our own vehicles for the wider Yorkshire region, or if you live further afield, using a trusted third party service - Bike Services UK. In the case of the former, the delivery cost is calculated during checkout, with prices starting from £15 depending on the distance. Parts and accessories via post - Royal Mail Tracked
Used for smaller packages that can usually fit through your letterbox. Orders usually arrive within two working days, although occasionally delays can occur.
Parts and accessories via courier service
Used for large, high-value and more bulky packages ordered. Signature required on delivery. Detailed online tracking information is available.
How Do I Track My Shipment?
For all items sent via a Signed For or courier service, we will provide you with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via email once your item has been shipped.
Non-Arrival
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail Signed For.
