Returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges (excluding faulty items).
Please include a copy of the order form and instructions on what action you require in the package - be it an exchange or a refund. Pack any items you wish to return carefully so that they do not get damaged in transit. Our Return Address is:

Returning an item in-store
You can return items for free by visiting the store that you bought them from. If bought online, visit the main store (address above).
Please note, if your payment was made by credit/debit card, it may take up to 5 working days for a credit to show on your account.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item you have bought from Cycle Heaven develops a fault, we will do everything we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.
If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period, we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
