Other shops ship, we deliver.

We offer a premium in-person home delivery service for bikes, using our own vehicles, to the wider York region. It is an extension of our in-store service and very, very different from that offered by large online bike retailers. If you select this option online, once the order is placed, our team will contact you to check the details and arrange delivery.

What we offer:

Your bike will arrive in pristine condition, fully assembled and ready to ride - built by our technicians, in our workshops.
It will be delivered by our trained staff, in our vehicles, at a mutually agreed time.
Any accessories that you order will be pre-fitted.
Our colleague will be on hand to make final adjustments and answer any questions.
Your bike comes with 12 months free servicing from Cycle Heaven, in addition to the manufacturer's guarantee.

What you WON'T get:

A half-assembled bike in a battered box.
Damage in transit.
A bike that's not ready to ride.
Orders delivered by a third party courier firm, in split deliveries.
Random delivery times to suit the courier's convenience.
Minimal guarantees.

How do I order?
You can order online, in-store, or by phone. Please note that we will only deliver to the registered credit card cardholder's address.

What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery charges will depend on your postcode and varies from £20 to £100. If you order online the cost will be calculated at checkout. Otherwise you can ask in-store, call us (01904 636578 / 651870), or email us on [email protected] with your postcode for a quote.

Where we you deliver to?
We deliver to our wider region to the postcodes listed below. Please note that although we will consider delivery just beyond our area for a price, we cannot deliver to way beyond our region (e.g. London), as we will not take responsibility for shipping bikes using third parties. You are however, free to organise your own shipping for long distance deliveries (we can recommend DAW Logistics - see below).

Darlington: DL1, DL2, DL3, DL6, DL7, DL9, DL10.
Doncaster: DN2, DN3, DN4, DN5, DN6, DN7, DN8, DN14.
Harrogate: All HG postcodes.
Hull: All HU postcodes.
Huddersfield: All HD postcodes.
Halifax: All HX Halifax postcodes.
Leeds: All LS postcodes.
Sheffield: All S postcodes, except S32, S33, S45.
Wakefield: All WF postcodes.
York: All YO postcodes.
