Tern was originally a folding bike brand founded in 2011 by Joshua Hon, scion of the US-Taiwanese folding bike dynasty Dahon. Although the two companies initially produced similar looking products, Tern bikes soon distinguished themselves by more progressive designs, improved build and ride quality and superior styling. Tern are are now innovating in the realm of urban mobility with their cool and funky utility e-cargo bike line including the GSD, HSD and Quick Haul.
